Three ways in, each with a different weight. None of them obliges you to take the next one.

Most people begin with a single question and arrive at a briefing months later. Some are watching a destination we have not released yet. The order is yours, and you can stop at any point without explaining why.

A private briefing

The whole picture on a released project in one sitting: the collection, the architecture, the site, how ownership works for a foreign buyer and what a residence costs to hold each year.

Something specific — a plot, a plan, a title question, a date you are trying to work around, or simply where we are up to somewhere. Ask it plainly and you will get a plain answer back.

Several of our destinations are still at site assessment. Register interest in one and you hear from us when there is something real to show, and not before.

A short note
is enough.

You do not need to explain your position, your budget or your timing to start a conversation here.

A sentence about what you are weighing up tells us more than a form full of fields, and it is the only thing we need in order to reply usefully. If a particular destination is on your mind, say which — otherwise everything else can wait until you want to raise it.

AFTER YOU WRITE

Your note goes to the people responsible for the residences. It does not go to a call centre, an agency desk or a sales floor.

One of them answers the question you actually asked, in writing, without a brochure attached to it.

3.

If a conversation would help, we offer times that suit your day rather than ours, and you choose one or none.

If you would rather we stopped there, say so and we stop. You are not added to a list and there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
