Privacy notice.

What we hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated 18 August 2026  ·  Applies to concordiameridian.com and every enquiry made through it

01 · In short

The whole of it, in five lines.

  • What we hold

Only what you give us in an enquiry, and ordinary technical information your browser sends to any website.

  • Why

To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing else.

  • Who sees it

The people at Concordia Meridian responsible for your enquiry, and the services that host our site and mail.

  • We do not sell it

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without being asked to.

  • Removal

Write to us and we will delete what we hold, unless we are required to keep it.

02

What this notice covers

This notice covers this website and every enquiry made through it, by form, email or telephone. It does not cover other websites we link to, which have their own notices and their own practices.

If you become an owner or a land partner, further terms will govern the information we hold about that relationship. Those terms are given to you at the time and sit alongside this notice, not instead of it.

03

The information we hold

There are two kinds, and they are quite different in character.

What you give us. Your name, email address, telephone number, where you are based, and whatever you choose to tell us in an enquiry — including, if you are introducing land, the details of the site.

What your browser sends. Your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and the site you arrived from. This is ordinary technical information that every website receives, and we use it in aggregate.

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them to us by web form or ordinary email.

04

Why we hold it

We use what you give us to answer your enquiry, to arrange and hold a conversation with you, and to keep a record of what was discussed so that the next conversation begins where the last one ended.

We use the technical information to keep the site working, to understand which pages are read, and to protect against misuse.

Where the law requires a basis for holding information, ours is your consent for enquiries you send us, and our legitimate interest in running and defending the business for our own records.

05

Enquiry forms

Three forms on this site collect information: a private briefing request, a general contact form, and the introduction of a development site.

  • Each is read by the people responsible for that subject, not by a sales floor.
  • Land introductions are treated as confidential and are not discussed outside the people assessing them.
  • Sending an enquiry does not add you to a mailing list. If you want to hear from us periodically, you have to ask.

06

Cookies and measurement

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function, and measurement that tells us in aggregate how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of individual visitors for advertising.

Your browser can refuse or delete cookies. Necessary cookies aside, refusing them will not stop you reading anything on this site.

07

Who else sees it

Information reaches people outside Concordia Meridian in only three circumstances.

  • Service providers. The companies that host this website, deliver our mail and hold our records. They act on our instructions and may not use the information for their own purposes.
  • Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants and other advisers, where a matter requires it and to the extent it requires it.
  • Where the law requires it. To a regulator, a court, or where we must to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

08

Where it is held

Concordia Meridian is registered in Singapore, works across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and uses service providers that may store information in countries other than your own.

Where information moves between countries we take the steps the relevant law requires of us to see that it remains protected to the standard it had when you gave it to us.

09

How long we keep it

An enquiry is kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a period afterwards, so that we can pick it up again if you come back to us. After that it is deleted.

Where a law, a contract or a live dispute requires us to keep a record for longer, we keep that record and nothing more than that record.

You can ask us at any point what we still hold and ask us to delete it. See your rights below.

10

Your rights

Whatever your jurisdiction, we will act on a reasonable request about your own information. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to:

  • Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy of it.
  • Have information corrected where it is wrong or incomplete.
  • Have information deleted, unless we are required to keep it.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, a particular use of it.
  • Withdraw consent you have given, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.

Write to privacy@concordiameridian.com. We do not charge for this, and we will tell you what we have done.

11

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to it to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is ever entirely secure, which is why we ask you not to send financial or identity documents through this site.

12

Changes and complaints

If this notice changes we will publish the revised version here and change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be brought to the attention of anyone with a live enquiry.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, write to us first — we would rather resolve it directly. You also have the right to complain to the privacy regulator in your own country.

Ask us what we hold.

A request costs you one line and costs us nothing to answer. We will tell you what we hold, where it came from, and delete it if that is what you want.
